Cookie Bowls Galore!

I saw this on PINTEREST (of course!) and had to try it out! It said to turn your muffin pan upside down and bake cookie dough to make bowls for ice cream or fruit.... how awesome is THAT!!!!!!!




So, I made homemade chocolate chip cookie dough, but instead of making cookie balls from the dough, I turned my muffin pans upside down and covered them with cookie dough!



Then, I put them in the oven to bake. Normally, cookies take 9 to 11 minutes to bake. I thought I better do closer to 11 because there was so much dough, and they were thick.



OOPS, I used a little too much dough! haha :)

I had to do a little trimming around the edges!

And 11 minutes was too long. They were hard. Hard, but still yummy!!!

Finished product-- chocolate chip cookie bowl filled with vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate syrup!

I will totally be making these again. I just need to remember to not use as much dough and not bake as long as I did.
