My mom turned the big 5-0 on July 20. We had a big birthday celebration on July 8 at her neighborhood clubhouse. It was a SUPRISE party.... and we actually pulled it off! This is not easy to do, especially if you know my mom! I had been planning the party for months (literally) and it was a perfect day! My mom's brother and his family came all the way from Texas to surprise her and celebrate with us. My aunts and grandma each helped with the food, my brother Norm made an awesome slideshow, we had games, lots of special details to make it a fun party! I have soooo many pictures, but I must post some so we will always remember this awesome party on my blog! =)
