My Handy Husband!

This weekend, my handy hubby changed some almost all of the light fixtures in our house.  We have wanted to do this for a while and we decided it would be a good time while we were doing a TON of spring cleaning/organizing.  We started with the chandelier in the dining room.  Here are some pictures so you can see the changes we have made to our house!

I was pretty proud of Jared for being able to do this all by himself...especially the heavy one about the kitchen island.  He had to make new holes/wiring etc for that one!  He did it all by himself, too!  I have no idea how he stood on the ladder, held the heavy lights by himself, and did all the drilling/handy work without any assistance at all!  Good job, honey! 

We love the new lights!!!  It is amazing how small touches can really change the look of a room.  =)
