Jayden wanted me to take a picture of just him! haha
So then I had to get one of just Bella! :)
OK. Now for my train table post!
My dad is really good at building things. He always has been...
This year for Christmas, he decided to take on the project of building Jayden a train table. He researched online for ideas and found an awesome train table picture. He made many trips to Lowes and spent LOTS of time, but he did accomplish making an AWESOME train table for his grandson!
He stained the table a nice color. He also covered the top of the table with a green felt material and it looks great.
We kinda rearranged our office to put the train table in there so Jayden can play whenever he wants. It will go in the basement one day (whenever we finish the basement and turn it in to a big playroom!) but for now, it looks great in the office!
Jayden has gotten many trains over the past several months. He LOVES trains! The Hesch family gave him his very first wooden Thomas train a while ago. Then, Nana and PopPop and Stacy gave him a few more for his second birthday. Since then, we have gotten him a few more and then for Christmas he got even more from Nana, PopPop, and Santa!!!
We got Jayden the wooden tracks for Christmas and they are cool because you can arrange them different ways. Uncle Norm and Mema and Papa (Jayden's great-grandparents) each gave Jayden a "destination" to add on to his train table.
I spent almost 3 hours yesterday arranging the pieces to make all the tracks and destinations connect to make a fun track for Jayden!!! It was so much fun, and quite addictive. I was having as much fun as Jayden! haha
Here are some pictures of Jayden's train table made special for him by his PopPop!!! :)
It has four drawers (2 on each side)!
