Jayden's big boy room

Jayden loves his "night-night" time. He does so well going to bed at night and for his naps. Every day he naps from about 12pm-2pm(ish) and every night he sleeps from about 8pm-7:30am(ish). He has his special music he listens to and his cup of water and, of course, his blankies.

He slept in his crib until June 17 (22 months). June 17, we changed his crib into a toddler bed. We were so nervous that night that he would get out of bed and try to get out of his room, etc. He did AWESOME. He loves his room and adjusted so well to being in a toddler bed.




Recently, we noticed just how long Jayden is and there really wasn't much room for him to spread out. He could have lasted longer in it, but yesterday we decided to make the change and get him a BIG boy bed... a double bed!

Jared went out to find Jayden a bed. He came home with this:


Who needs a truck when you have a mini??? HAHAHA

Jayden's new room arrangement looks great. We still are not finished...we have to move some pictures around on the walls and change his changing table back into a real dresser and hutch. But, here are pictures of his room!!












He did so great his first night. He slept until 8:40AM. His nap today was perfect, too. He slept from 12-2:30. Jared and I can't believe our little boy is now in a big boy bed... he is growing up too fast!
